Money raised will go towards our 2019 Rodeo Austin / BBQ Austin event helping raise money for Youth Scholarships at The Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo Barbeque Cookoff, March 8th & 9th, 2019.

*Meats will be vacuumed sealed to preserve the freshness & moisture; this will also allow you to easily heat up in the bag (in hot water) or freeze for a later date.
